By accessing and using RackTrack's inventory management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
RackTrack provides a cloud-based inventory management platform that enables businesses to:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on unused service time.
You retain ownership of all data you input into RackTrack. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.
We perform regular backups of your data and maintain disaster recovery procedures. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice.
After termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account reactivation. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
